ASFAAN delivers orders to customers across supported locations in Pakistan. We aim to process and deliver orders efficiently while keeping customers informed about their purchases.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are received and, where applicable, verified.

Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, sales, promotional campaigns, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Delivery Areas

We aim to deliver across Pakistan to locations supported by our courier partners.

Some remote or restricted areas may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable by a particular courier.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times may be shown during checkout, on the website, or communicated after an order is placed.

These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before the order is confirmed.

Shipping charges may vary depending on location, order value, promotional offers, or other applicable factors.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

ASFAAN may contact customers to verify certain COD orders before dispatch.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

  • Recipient name.
  • Phone number.
  • Delivery address.
  • City and relevant area information.

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may contact the customer before or during delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or has provided incorrect information, the parcel may be returned to ASFAAN.

Additional delivery charges may apply where re-shipment is requested and legally permissible.

Inspecting Your Order

Customers should inspect their order reasonably promptly after receiving it.

If the parcel or product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs or video where appropriate.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order appears significantly delayed, contact us at asfaan.pk@gmail.com with your order number so that we can review the available delivery information.
